Welcome to Harvest Connect. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using Harvest Connect, you agree to:
- Be bound by these Terms of Service
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
2. Use of Service
Permitted Use:
- Track and manage evangelism outreach activities
- Coordinate follow-up efforts with believers
- Generate reports for ministry purposes
- Collaborate with your church team
Prohibited Use:
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring data entered is accurate and lawful
- Notifying us immediately of any security breach
- Complying with data protection laws (GDPR, etc.)
4. Data Ownership and Rights
Your Data:
- You retain ownership of all data you input
- You grant us license to process data to provide services
- You can export or delete your data at any time
Our Platform:
- Harvest Connect and its software are our intellectual property
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform
- Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
5. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Free trial available for 30 days (no credit card required)
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You fail to pay subscription fees
- Your use poses a security or legal risk
- We discontinue the service (with 90 days notice)
Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will be disabled
- Your data will be soft-deleted (recoverable for 90 days)
- After 90 days, data is permanently deleted
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Complete accuracy of data or reports
- That the service will meet all your requirements
- That all bugs will be corrected
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvest Connect shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding fees paid in the last 12 months
- Unauthorized access to your data by third parties
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
